• offer recommendations to improve the property

• collect monthly assessments
• prepare and make deposits
• generate monthly financial statements
• pay monthly expenses
• complete governmental paperwork i.e. annual statements

MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES

• attend all meetings and provide minutes (if requested)
• advise owners of all newly passed laws and edits that may affect building
• produce notices of violations to owners
• provide monthly management report with specific recommendations and issues resolved or to be resolved
